About Us – The Bite

We love food trucks! Tacos, burgers, donuts, you name it, great food comes out of great trucks.

Ashley & Kevin along with friends Bre & Dave opened The BITE after realizing that they could not always feed their children at the food truck events that they loved. Their 4 picky eaters didn’t always appreciate the same cuisine as their parents. After attending several events together, and joking that they should open a food truck together, they DID! The BITE food cart launched in August 2022.

Entering our second season, we are excited to serve you and bring our love of food to you.
